29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not take reasonable steps to ensure that subcontractors were aware of general site safety expectations and known hazards. a) At a residential structure located at 3646 South Bogan Road, Buford, GA 30519, Roof: On or about 7/2/2025, subcontractors were observed performing roofing operations without consistent use of fall protection, proper ladder technique, or required eye and head protection, resulting in exposure to potential fall and struck-by hazards. The employer did not document or confirm that subcontractors had received safety training from their employer consistent with OSHA requirements.
