29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):   One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a.   In the Hemi Maintenance Shop of the Swift Creek Chemical Plant, at 15843 S.E. 78th Street, White Springs, Florida:   On or about July 01, 2025, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the Kalamazoo Saw did not have a guard properly installed on the unused portion of the blade to provide protection of the point of operation.
