29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2):Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. a) 5817 West Bluff Drive, Keuka Park, NY 15578, inside the building, on or about 7/2/25: Workers were exposed to falls of up to 13 feet to the lower level where midrails were not included in the temporary guardrail system on the second floor and stairs accessing the second floor.
