29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Facility - On or about 6/27/25, employees were not provided with information and training on chemicals brought in, and used by a contractor, to redo the floors in the dog runs. Chemicals included materials such as, but not limited to, NP 409 Part A (containing modified diglcidyl ether of bisphenol A, bisphenol F/epichlorohydrin epoxy resin and alkyl glycidyl ether) and NP 344 Part A (containing cycloaliphatic diamine and aromatic petroleum distillates). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
