29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer did not prevent employees from working in such proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employees could contact in the course of their work, unless the employees were protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: On or about 06/26/2025, at a commercial construction jobsite located at Kreder Farms subdivision, Saint Charles, Missouri, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Employees were working near an overhead power distribution line rated at 14,400 volts which was uninsulated and did not use any means to deenergize or insulate the circuit.
