29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  On 01 July 2025, (1) employee was observed roofing a 6/12 pitch residential roof approximately 12 feet above ground level, at 32 Longleaf Ct., in Saint Charles, Missouri, without conventional eyewear protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On 01 July 2025, (3) three employees were observed roofing a 6/12 pitched residential roof approximately 14 feet above ground level, at 32 Longleaf Ct., in Saint Charles, Missouri, without conventional fall protection.  DR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1799057, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/16/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 901 Time Centre Drive, in Saint Charles, Missouri.
