29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On and before July 01, 2025, and at times prior, D & DS Construction, as a controlling employer, did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. JSA Siding LLC subcontractor employees were exposed to jobsite hazards including falls from a pump jack scaffold, struck by hazards from falling objects, eye hazards from use of pneumatic nailers without eye protection and electrical hazards.
