29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i):Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) East Cobb Walk; Lot 13: On or about July 2, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to collapse and struck-by hazards, in that supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights were not placed on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation while employees were performing siding installation work using a pump jack scaffold.
