29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On the east side of the building at a temporary worksite, located at 12017 Reunion Circle, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about July 8, 2025, the employer exposed an employee to a 22 foot fall hazard, in that the employee was not protected by a fall protection system while installing decking. b. On the west side of the building at a temporary worksite, located at 12017 Reunion Circle, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about July 8, 2025, the employer exposed an employee to a 11 foot fall hazard, in that the employee was not protected by a fall protection system while installing decking.
