29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) At 2 Oak Forrest Ln., Mendham NJ - Garage Cutting Area: employee that was not trained in recognizing and controling hazards associated with the use of circular saws was exposed to amputation hazards and sustained severe laceration to his left hand while cutting stakes out of 2x4 stock, on or about 5/21/25
