29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a) Classroom 506: On or about June 23, 2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure that electrical power circuits were deenergized while employees performed lighting upgrades in the overhead.
