29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about July 8, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock in that an electrical cord used to supply power to the Optimus Lift5K table marked HL062 was found with its male cord end fitting no longer providing strain relief and the outer sheathing of the cord pulled approximately one inch out.
