29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1):The employer did not ensure that employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) On or about 8 July 2025, at 703 Old County Rd in Cuba Missouri, employees of Jaguar transport working in the rail yard exposed to respiratory hazards due to half face and/or N95 respirator use without fit testing.
