(a) Finish Goods Warehouse: On July 9, 2025 and times prior to, an employee stands at the blue line conveyor belt adding sausage to biscuits. The conveyor belt's drive belt and pulley were not guarded exposing employees to a caught in hazard. No abatement certification or documentation required.
