29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or about July 8, 2025, at times prior to, employees in the kitchen were sweeping and mopping the floor near exposed electrical components. The faceplate on the electrical outlet was missing exposing the live components to water, dirt, and physical contact.
