29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines was not maintained at greater than 10 feet: a) 115 N. 12th Street Allentown: On or about July 9, 2025, employees were utilizing a JLG 450AJ boom lift to perform painting on the exterior of a residential structure. The employer did not ensure the components of the lift remained at least 10 feet from energized overhead power lines.
