29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) 1015 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA - On or about July 9, 2025, employees pressure washed the exterior of a building from a JLG telescoping boom lift and were not utilizing a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard to grade. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
