29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On the Roof/New residential construction located at 6545 highway 42 Lot 201 Rex, GA 30273 - On or about 07/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employer failed to ensure that eye protections were provided to employees engaged in roofing activities while operating pneumatic nail guns with 130 PSI.
