29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On or about July 9, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited to; Asphalt (Karnak 229 Asphalt Cements/Mastics/Coatings), Naphtha Petroleum(Karnak 19 Ultra Rubberized Flashing Cement), Diphenylmethane-4 (Flexible FAST Part A), and Polyethylene Glycol Copolymer (Flexible FAST Dual Tank Part B). The employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program that included general information regarding labeling, safety data sheets, and employee information and training.
