29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a.) M and J Management Corporation DBA McDonald's 1902 Leesburg Grove City Road Grove City, PA 16127, Rear Storage Room: On or about 07/10/2025 and at times prior thereto, two boxes of product cartons were stored on the top shelf of a storage rack in the rear storage room area. The boxes were less than five (5) inches under the sprinkler head. The boxes prevented the proper dispersion of water from the sprinkler head in the event of a fire.
