29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers did not obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical that they produce and distribute. On or about July 9, 2025, employees of Heartland Co-Op were engaged in chemical manufacturing and distribution activities at the facility located at 200 East Central Avenue, Nebraska City, NE 68410, and were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not afforded an SDS to know the explicit chemical hazards associated with the products for which they were manufacturing and distributing.
