29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: a) 4335 Falcon Pkwy, Flowery Branch, GA/Rooftop - On or about July 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not install a complete warning line system around all areas when an employee engaged in roofing activities and standing on the roof edge cutting an iron steel pipe fell approximately 18 feet to the ground.
