29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. (a) Eyewash-Battery Area: On 7/2/25, the employees were exposed to slip hazards in that the employer did not remove water on the floor around the eyewash station while employees were walking in the area.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) Near Battery Station: On or about 7/2/25, the employees were exposed to entrapment hazards in that the employer designated the door in the training area as an exit and it did not lead to an exit discharge while employees were working at the site.
