29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Traffic control signs used for protection of the workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and were not posted at all points of hazard: a) Jobsite: Glocker Way and Rt 100, Pottstown, PA 19465: The employer did not ensure the construction area was posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. Employees were performing asphalt resurfacing and directing traffic in lanes of travel without traffic signs, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Condition was observed on or about July 10, 2025.

Condition was observed on or about July 10, 2025.
