29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, or safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about July 11, 2025, on the northwest end of the worksite, employees utilized a walking/working surface without adequate fall protection while conducting commercial roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.502(i)(2): Covers were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time.  On or about July 11, 2025, on the northwest of the worksite, employees utilized a piece of precut corrugated steel to be used as a cover without verifying its weight bearing capability while conducting commercial roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  On or about July 11, 2025, employees utilized a walking/working surface without adequate fall protection near a skylight while conducting commercial roofing activities.  C-Master's Roofing (formerly known as Camacho Roofing) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard's equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1783299, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 7364 Norte Brasil El Paso, Texas 79934.
