29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about July 11, 2025, at 603 Aberdeen Lane in Mansfield, Texas, employees installing framing material were observed wearing fall protection but were not tied off, exposing employees to unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below.
