29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Powered industrial truck was altered so that the relative positions of the various parts were different from what they were when originally received from the manufacturer, by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer, or by the elimination of any parts without the manufacturer's approval: Production floor - The positioning pin to prevent the propane tank from shifting on the Clark S25CL powered industrial truck was altered from the original. The altered pin does not allow the tank to sit properly in the propane tank alignment hole.
