OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about July 14, 2025 and times prior, employees tasked to perform work from the Big Joe OP-30-150 and the J2 Joey 144 order picker truck were not benefited with an adequate means for fall protection. Employees utilizing the picker truck to retrieve and place products on tiers of refrigerators were exposed to falls approximately 5 - 15 feet to the concrete floor below.
