29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) New commercial construction located at 2100 St. Thomas Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501, Back of building: On or about 06/24/2025, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 40-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees using an aerial lift engaged in masonry activities.
