Location - Jobsite Roof: On or about 07/09/2025, employees engaged in re-roofing the flat roofed commercial building, were not protected from falls of over 11-feet to the paved parking lot below.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: Location - Jobsite Roof: On or about 07/09/2025, employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to electric shock/burn/electrocution hazards posed by the 240V electric service drop conductors at the right rear corner of the roof.
