OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to potential fire, deflagration and explosion hazards associated with combustible wood dust.  a) Legacy Stairs and Millwork, Inc.- Production floor: Employees were exposed to fire, deflagration and explosion hazards due to the Grizzly enclosureless dust collection system not being adequately installed, operated, and maintained, condition occurred on or about 11/14/2025.
