29 CFR 1904.31(b)(2): The employer did not record injuries and illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 for employees obtained from a temporary help service, employee leasing service, or personnel supply service, that were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis: (a) Retaining wall construction jobsite; On or about July 15, 2025, the employer had not recorded a case that met general recording criteria on the OSHA 300 Log involving a temporary employee who was hospitalized to receive treatment following a work-related heat illness event that occurred on July 8, 2025. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required for this item
