29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 35054 Fallon St, Bozeman MT: On or about July 10, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the ground below while installing siding to a residential apartment building from a aerial lift basket without being secured to the basket.
