29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: a.?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?Acme-Gridley Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis. The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles. b. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?Omni-Turn Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis. The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles. c. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?HAAS Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis. The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles. d. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?New Britain Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis. The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles. e. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the Wickman Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis.
