The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles.  c. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?HAAS Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis. The?employer failed?to provide?adequate guarding?for the?all of the screw machines, thereby, employees?were ?exposed to?the hazards?associated with?unguarded points?of operation?during the?operating cycles.  d. ?On or?about July 16, 2025,?in the?production area,?employees were?required to?operate all the?New Britain Multi-Spindle Screw Machines on?a daily?basis.
