29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on Lot 15 at 5775 Sierra Bend Way, Hoschton, GA 30548: Roof trusses. On or about 7/16/2025 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 9-feet, 10-inches to the lower concrete surface, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snap hook was engaged directly to webbing. a) New residential construction located on Lot 15 at 5775 Sierra Bend Way, Hoschton, GA 30548, Roof: On or about 7/16/2025, the employer failed to ensure fall protection systems were used properly, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet 5 inches to the lower concrete level, in that snap hooks were improperly connected directly to the lifeline/webbing rather than to a proper anchorage point.
