29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 111 Warwick Road, Stratford NJ: Two workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when working at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's roof while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 07/16/25.
