29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or about July 17, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees use appropriate eye or face protection such as a face shield in combination with safety glasses when exposed to liquid chemicals. Employees in the plating area are exposed to chemicals to include, but not limited to, Colclean Electro 215 and Colclean Soak 1230.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. On or about July 17, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that containers of chemicals used in the copper dip tank area were labeled with the information contained in paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section.
