(b) 744 East Highland St., Allentown, PA on or about 7/17/2025 - guards were not available for the Ryobi drill press where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to a hand and finger hazard. (c) 744 East Highland St., Allentown, PA on or about 7/17/2025 - guards were not available for the Bridgeport milling machines where the chuck was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to a hand and finger hazard.
