OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to ejection hazards during the operation of utilizing power industrial trucks without the use of restraint systems (seatbelts): On or about July 16, 2025, on the south side of the jobsite, employees were operating power industrial trucks without the use of seatbelts while moving a de-linting drum from a rack to another location.
