29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: At the worksite located at the intersection of De Castro Rd and FL 540 E, Winter Haven, FL 33880, on or about July 15, 2025, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards while installing a new underground line within an underground electrical enclosure containing an energized conduit, in that the employer did not ensure the circuit was deenergized nor that electrical protective equipment such as rubber insulating gloves were provided and used to insulate the employees before employees performed the work..
