29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a) Lakeside Steel Manufacturing, failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected:  Citation 2 Item 1 an Other-than-serious violation of 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2) with an abatement date of February 20, 2026.  Citation 2 Item 2 an Other-than-serious violation of 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8) with an abatement date of February 20, 2026.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1), abatement documentation and certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
