Instance A: On or about July 17, 2025, employees in the fabrication shop were utilizing a drill press that was not guarded in a way to protect from point of operation and rotating part hazards. Instance B: On or about July 17, 2025, employees in the fabrication shop were utilizing an electric Pipe Nibbler Press that was not guarded in a way to protect from point of operation and ingoing nip point hazards. Instance C: On or about July 17, 2025, employees in the fabrication shop were utilizing a Roller Pipe Cutter was not guarded in a way to protect from point of operation and rotating part hazards.
