29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: 10855 Dover Street Westminster CO: On or about July 10, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet while conducting roofing activities on the top of an existing building without utilizing personal fall protection or guardrails.
