29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) 2300 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills ,PA 19030, North side doors: On or about July 17, 2025, employer did not ensure that exit route doors were able to be opened without operating a lock mechanism. b) 2300 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills ,PA 19030, West side doors: On or about July 17, 2025, employer did not ensure that exit route doors were able to be opened without operating a lock mechanism. c) 2300 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills ,PA 19030, East side doors: On or about July 17, 2025, employer did not ensure that exit route doors were able to be opened without operating a lock mechanism. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
