29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets.  A) 8 Yarmouth Ct, SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ 07076 - The employer did not ensure that an employee, who was required to clean construction debris on the ground, was wearing a hard hat while other employees, approximately 24 feet directly above, were using roofing materials and construction tools such as shingle strippers. This condition exposed employee(s) to overhead struck-by hazards.  Hazards observed on or about July 18, 2025.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
