A) 8 Yarmouth Ct, SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ 07076 - The employer did not ensure that an employee engaged in roofing replacement activities on the roof, approximately 24 feet from the lower level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees for fall hazards.  Hazards observed on or about July 18, 2025.
