29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Jobsite: 1238 Belmont Ave. Philadelphia, PA - On or about July 18, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees hoisting buckets of materials and concrete masonry units to the 8th level of a frame scaffold were protected from injuries by use of a protective helmet. Employees were hoisting concrete masonry units to the 8th level of a frame scaffold without wearing protective helmets, thereby exposing employees to overhead hazards.
