29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about 07/21/2025, at the jobsite located at 6216 Hillbrook Boulevard, Trussville, AL: the employer exposed employee(s) to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employee(s) while performing framing activities. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about 07/21/2025, at the jobsite located at 6216 Hillbrook Boulevard, Trussville, AL, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection training was not provided to employee(s) while performing framing activities at heights 6 feet or more.
