29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 345 Central Ave, Brighton CO: On or about July 22, 2025, the employer failed to ensure each employee was utilizing fall protection while conducting roofing activities on a single residential home. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the top of the roof to ground level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: 345 Central Ave, Brighton CO: On or about July 22, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while accessing/egressing upper levels of a single residential home. The ladders were not secured at their top to a rigid support, and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladders.
