29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required: a) Transportation Garage: On or about July 17, 2025 for employees operating the Toyota 7FGCU32 forklift to move a toolbox to a storage area outside the maintenance shop, the employer did not ensure the employees were properly trained on the equipment before use.
